It seems that every day there is a new electronic gadget on the market. Even the ones that are out there are constantly being upgraded. Technology is changing at a faster and faster rate. In fact, a recent study showed that the average TV and cell phone are only used by the original owner for two years and the average computer for three. However, when we are done with them, many of these items are still usable.
